Refunds and purchase protection, explained

Every KeyVault order includes purchase protection. If a delivered key is invalid, already used, or for the wrong region, you open a dispute from your order.

We respond within 24 hours and resolve it one of two ways: a replacement key, or a full refund to your original payment method. You can also choose to take the refund to your wallet for instant reuse.

Under EU rules you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, which you waive only by expressly consenting to instant delivery at checkout.
